Who can sign up for a free trial?
Anyone can sign up for a free trial but we reserve the right to approve trials and we make no guarantees that your request will be approved.
How long does it take for my free trial request to be approved?
It can take anywhere from one day to seven days to get approval however it might take longer depending on the number of pending requests we have.
Is there anyway to speed up my trial request?
Requests coming from corporate email accounts and requests that have complete information are given priority. Shooting us a message to @unmetric won't do any harm either.
Can I extend my free trial?
In exceptional circumstances we may grant an extension to a free trial but not more than a few days.
I had a free trial several months ago, can I request a new one?
Only in exceptional circumstances, please get in touch with us using our contact form so we can discuss your requirements.
What do I do if I want to upgrade the trial to the paid service?
Please let us know by contacting us and a member of staff will call or email you to discuss your requirements.

Can I get a free account?
Journalists and bloggers can request a free trial which can be extended upon request.
Can my request be approved quickly?
We look at the type of email address you have used so a free web mail account is not going to carry the same authority as a well known media site email address. Send us a message to @unmetric and we'll try and get your account approved quicker.
May I take screenshots or screencasts
You may take screenshots or screencasts or download our media kit which has ready made screenshots, logos and descriptions.
